Kathy will give real-life examples from her career as an Integrator, where she made difficult, sometimes- unpopular decisions based on ruthless prioritization. Finally, she’ll cover concrete ways to identify your highest priorities and how/when to say “no” to the “shiny bouncing balls” (i.e., your Visionary).
